The main floor offers a large fully-stocked kitchen, laundry room, half-bath, dining room table with 8 chairs, and a bar that seats 6. Off of the kitchen is an office space with a large wooden desk. The living room features an amazon echo, smart tv (with cable, Netflix, and Disney+), and 2 direct doors to access the balcony. The main bedroom has a king-size bed (sleeps 2), walk-in closet, smart tv, and direct door access to the balcony which overlooks the lake. Attached to the main bedroom is a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. The main floor balcony has a swing, 2 outdoor Adirondack barstools with connecting tray, and a bar-height table and 2 chairs. 

Upstairs are bedrooms 2 & 3 and a full bath. Bedroom #2 sleeps 4 with a queen bed (2) and 2 twin beds (2), a smart tv, and a closet, and overlooks the lake for the perfect morning view. Bedroom #3 also sleeps 4 with 2 queen beds (2 each), a closet, a couch, smart tv, and a beautiful lake view. The full bath has a shower/tub and dual sinks. 

The basement has everything to offer with another full kitchen which includes a gas oven, dishwasher, full refrigerator, sink, Keurig, microwave, large island (seats 9), and bar area with an ice machine, and is fully stocked. There is a living room with a wrap-around couch, Amazon echo, Smart tv, Xbox, a walk-in closet with board games, yard games, and Giant Jenga, and 2 direct doors to the patio. The basement also has bedrooms 4 & 5 as well as another full bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a king bed (sleeps 2), closet, smart tv, direct door access to the patio, and a lake view. Bedroom #5 has 2 full bed (sleeps 4), closet, and smart tv. The shared full bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual vanity. The basement patio has a swing, bar-height table & 4 chairs, dining table & 6 chairs, gas firepit, and 2 grills (1 gas & 1 charcoal) with all utensils for your grilling needs. 

The large yard has ample room for yard games, a hammock, 2 wood fire pits, stairs to the beach area, and 6 outdoor Adirondack chairs (perfect for enjoying the sunset). The large driveway leaves plenty of space for 5-6 cars. The boathouse has everything you need for the perfect day by the water. There are 4 lounge chairs, 2 inflatable paddle boards, a fishing kayak, child kayak, and adult kayak, 4 fishing poles, a large Lily Pad (6x12), life vests, floats, a full refrigerator, a bar, table & chairs, sitting area, hammock, rope lights, and Bluetooth speakers. The boat lift is available for use with prior approval from the Property Manager.

CHECK-IN TIME:  4:00 PM EST
If the property is ready earlier than 4:00 PM, we will contact you. There is no extra charge for an early check-in, when available.  Our properties have remote access and codes will be provided 3 days before check-in via e-mail, so there is no need to pick up a key.  You can check in at your convenience.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM EST

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

PETS:
This is a dog-friendly property with deposits. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on all vaccinations, and up to date on flea and tick medication. All waste must be cleaned up from the property. 

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a remediation fee charged to your credit card on file. If you smoke outside, it must be away from the home to avoid the smell entering the home and you must clean up all butts.

VERY IMPORTANT: 
Every home is on SEPTIC, not sewer…nothing down the toilet or sinks except water, human waste, & TP.  No grease, feminine products, etc.  This will ruin a vacation and if said products found to correct a septic issue, the renter will be charged to clean the septic.

AC (Air Conditioning):
Please do not set your AC below 70, especially during hot summer days, if the AC freezes up during your stay and the thermostat was below 70, you will be charged for repair.
