Welcome to the perfect quiet vacation at Lake Gaston! This beautiful home is located in a quiet cove in Jimmies Creek, which makes it the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, and paddleboarding. 

This property is approximately 1690 Sqft and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms allowing it to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. When you walk into the front door you are greeted with an open floorplan that brings you to the living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. Off of the living room is a small sunroom with lake views making it the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. 

In bedroom one, there is a Queen bed and an attached bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo. In bedroom two, there is a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin beds. Bedrooms two and three have a shared bathroom. Upstairs, is bedroom four which is perfect for children. There is a TV with a sitting area and two bunk beds.  

In the evenings, be sure to grab a cocktail and head to the backyard. Enjoy the evening sunset, grilling, and dinner at the picnic table. This home gives you the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, wind down, and make memories on Lake Gaston with your family.

CHECK-IN TIME:  4:00 PM EST
If the property is ready earlier than 4:00 PM, we will contact you. There is no extra charge for an early check-in, when available.  Our properties have remote access and codes will be provided 3 days before check-in via e-mail, so there is no need to pick up a key.  You can check in at your convenience.

CHECK OUT: 10:00 AM EST

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before arrival will receive a 100% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Bookings cancelled 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund, minus any non-refundable service fees. Any bookings cancelled within 30 days of your arrival are non-refundable.

PETS:
This is a dog-friendly property with deposits. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Dogs must be at least one year old, up to date on all vaccinations, and up to date on flea and tick medication. All waste must be cleaned up from the property. 

SMOKING:
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a remediation fee charged to your credit card on file. If you smoke outside, it must be away from the home to avoid the smell entering the home and you must clean up all butts.

VERY IMPORTANT: 
Every home is on SEPTIC, not sewer…nothing down the toilet or sinks except water, human waste, & TP.  No grease, feminine products, etc.  This will ruin a vacation and if said products found to correct a septic issue, the renter will be charged to clean the septic.

AC (Air Conditioning):
Please do not set your AC below 70, especially during hot summer days, if the AC freezes up during your stay and the thermostat was below 70, you will be charged for repair.
