Here are some common questions we get from travelers:

What is your cancellation policy? 

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will a 100% refund, minus any admin fees and non-refundable insurance fees. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund, minus any admin fees and non-refundable insurance fees.  Cancellations 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.  If you have purchase travel insurance or cancel for any reason insurance, please check your policy for refund details.  

Do you accept pets?

Each of our owners decided on their pet policy.  Please check the listings for details.  Service animals are permitted. Proper documentation verifying the animal's service status must be provided prior to your stay. 

Can I rent a boat nearby?

Absolutely!  We partner with local boat rental companies and will be happy to connect you for your rental needs, including possible delivery to your rental home.

Can I check in early?

All properties have a check-in time of 4:00 PM.  If our cleaners are finished earlier, we'll gladly contact you to let you know you can check in early.  We encourage you to check our activities section so you can enjoy. your time before check-in with dinner, a wine tasting, or other local activities.
