We wanted to send you a note to thank you for seeing our lake house purchase from beginning to completion, but we are not sure where to begin. You have been a true asset to us every step of the way. You made our purchase even more enjoyable and less stressful through your dedicated and proactive efforts. We found we could truly rely on you to represent us. Your suggestions and recommendations were extremely helpful, valuable, and appreciated.
From the day we walked into your office and met you that weekend in April when you took us to over 35 houses without even wincing, we knew you were more than a real estate agent. You truly care about your clients and their needs. You are the model for other agents to be measured against.
Since we live over two hours away, you were our eyes and ears to help us see our lake house to completion. There were times when we called upon you to do us a favor as a friend and you followed though without hesitation. Not many real estate agents would have provided the outstanding service that you provided.
We would highly recommend you to anyone at the lake looking for a real estate agent that is highly knowledgeable, professional, honest and truly dedicated from the beginning of the purchasing process to the end.

Randall was just the real estate agent we needed. He was extremely knowledgable about the area and provided very useful information on the neighborhoods we liked. We were picky and in no rush when looking to buy a house. He spent lots of time with us searching for the perfect home. When we found one we really liked, Randall was quick to help us line up all the right people. He provided us with an expert inspector who had been in the business for over 25 years and a pest control associate who taught us a great deal. Another reason we were glad Randall was our agent was when we learned we were dealing with a selling agent who was unprofessional and irrational. Randall handled all the drama professionally and gracefully. And most importantly he kept most of it away from us. We felt comfortable with his contacts and suggestions along each step of the way. Randall understands the game of buying a home and knows how to strategically position the buyer for success. We refer Randall to everyone we know. We are confident we made the right choice in choosing him as our agent.
We really enjoyed working with you as well. We appreciated that you were very punctual with communication (via email or phone). Also you were always willing to go the extra mile especially when it came dealing with the items the seller and sellers agent should have been dealing with. I don't think we would have changed anything about the process except for the seller....

I can't say enough about how wonderful of an experience it was buying property with Randall Robinson as my agent. As a first-time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous and clearly uneducated on the process. He helped me every step of the way, and make sure every T was crossed, and I dotted. His attention to detail is impecable, and his years of experience shine through. Randall listened to my needs and desires in a new home, and provided me with a wide range of properties to view.
